LeComfort MADEIRA Corner Sofa Bed

The MADEIRA sofa is a refined example of Italian design where comfort, functionality, and craftsmanship come together in perfect balance. Designed as a practical fold-out sofa bed, MADEIRA offers elegant aesthetics for everyday living and a comfortable sleeping solution whenever needed.

Structure

The supporting frame is made of painted steel, combined with a solid pine wood structure of varying thicknesses. Remaining parts are produced from Class E1 wood particleboard panels, with details in hard or cellulose-based wood panels. The entire structure is fully covered with Tecnoform, ensuring durability and long-lasting quality.

Springing System

The seating area of the sofa bed is supported by cross elastic belts integrated into the bed base mechanism, while the chaise longue is supported by Nosag springs, providing optimal comfort and resilience.

Cushion Padding

• Back cushions: non-deformable polyurethane foam, density 18 kg/m³, covered with Tecnoform

• Seat cushions: non-deformable polyurethane foam, density 30 kg/m³, covered with Tecnoform

• Optional fireproof foam available

Upholstery

Available in fabric or texil upholstery, fully removable for easy maintenance. For cleaning and washing instructions, please refer to the fabric label.

Feet

Black ABS feet.

Sofa Bed Mechanism

The metal base is made of polished steel and finished with high-resistance powder-based paint. Thanks to its patented mechanism, the sofa bed can be opened and closed in one smooth, simple movement — without removing the seat or back cushions.

The sofa bed is equipped with a polyurethane foam mattress (density 25 kg/m³, height 13 cm). Mattress height is measured at the center, not at the edges.
The backrest includes a practical storage compartment for pillows.
An optional fireproof mattress is available.
